Covid 19. At present we are reviewing bookings and the cleaning rota. Usually the flat is deep cleaned once a month but for the foreseeable future, it will be cleaned after each visit. As most of the bookings are for weekends there will also but more than 72 hours between people staying, the maximum time Coronavirus can exist on a hard surface. This will unfortunately add a small cost to stays, we home you understand.


Church Town House in Cartmel is an undiscovered gem of the Lake District. Just 15 minutes from Windermere and in between Grange-over-Sands and Ulverston, the village of Cartmel boasts 4 pubs, a bistro and 2 highly acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants, L'enclume and Rogans. Capturing all of the features of a typical English village, it also has gift shops, a 12th century Priory, an art gallery and the Village shop, home to the famous Sticky Toffee Pudding. Ideal for walks in the countryside or for visiting many of the attractions that the Lakes has to offer.


Flat 4 is part of an old Town House dating back to the 16th century. It is arranged over two floors, the second floor of the building and the roof space.
